Fees and Balance

Balance Filling: You may fill a balance with Middlebop to use our Services. The amounts added to your balance are non-refundable and will be available for use with our Services as described at the time of filling.
Non-Refundability: Funds added to your Middlebop balance are not refundable under any circumstances and cannot be transferred to other accounts or withdrawn. They may only be used to purchase Services offered by Middlebop.
Usage: The balance will be deducted accordingly for each service used, as outlined in the details provided at the time of the transaction.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Services and in the material published on it are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use such materials without our permission.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
